Showers flooded bathrooms, some rooms noisy from stairs!!! Broken elevator on the top floor, poor hot water supply during stay isn't ideal!!! No parking for luggage drop-off upon check-in!!!

Families will enjoy it

The location is superb and right on the front with a beach just across the road, which made it easy for the kids to have fun. Breakfast was excellent, a large choice of hot food and continental options that even the pickiest eaters enjoyed.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for the convenience.

The shower flooded the bathroom, leading to a very uncomfortable experience. There was a constant noise issue coming from outside and nearby rooms. Despite the appealing pictures, the room size was very cramped, making it difficult to navigate with luggage.

The breakfast was such a treat, with freshly cut fruit, crispy bacon, and delicious local pastries! The only downside was the room size, which felt a bit cramped for a longer stay. 🥐🌟

The interior small single room was lovely, yet too dark for daytime relaxation.

The view from the balcony was exceptional and perfect for enjoying breakfast. The room was well equipped with a fridge and tea-making facilities. I appreciated the cleanliness every day. The staff were welcoming and offered great service. Definitely a place I would return to. 🏖️

The location near the main promenade is exceptional, with breathtaking sea views. The breakfast offered a delightful range of options, catering to different tastes, though the layout caused some congestion at peak times. A lovely balcony was perfect for relaxing, but the noise levels were disruptive, with thin walls allowing sounds to seep in, and the breakfast organization could use reconsideration. Despite these issues, the friendly staff and proximity to both restaurants and the beach made it a memorable stay.

The location is fantastic, right near the beach, with an amazing rooftop terrace. The room had a shower that flooded the bathroom, creating a slight mess.

I stayed in the Double or Twin Room with Balcony & Sea View for 2 nights. The view was amazing, like a 180-degree screen over Pollensa Harbour. The room itself was really fresh and newly updated, so that was a plus. The staff even left a nice welcoming letter, which was a sweet touch. On the downside, while the room was nice, the bathroom drainage was a bit of an issue, which affected the overall experience.

Loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace while enjoying fantastic views, and the location made exploring super easy.

the room was clean and modern, great shower with hot water and nice toiletries. breakfast was really good with fresh fruit and local treats. staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome. roof terrace was nice for chilling after a long day. great location right near the beach!

the walls were really thin, could hear neighbours talking which was annoying. also, the dog next door was loud and kept barking all night.

A cozy stay just a stone's throw from the beach! Our room had a lovely breezy feel, and the breakfast spread exceeded our expectations with a huge variety of delicious options. Quick tip, take the stairs for a better view while avoiding the small lift.
